Welcome to Woofly Pets. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Woofly Pets reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate. However, colours, sizes and product appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information and change prices without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for, except where required by law.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by Woofly Pets.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where payment has not been received, a product is unavailable, or an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

SHIPPING

Orders are delivered within South Africa only.

Estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or circumstances outside our control.

A shipping fee of R100 applies unless a different shipping charge is shown at checkout.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in that policy limits your rights under applicable South African consumer protection laws.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including logos, text, images, graphics and product descriptions, belongs to Woofly Pets or its relevant content providers and may not be copied or used without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Woofly Pets will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
